Duolin Rotacaps (Combivent)

Indication: It is indicated for the treatment or prevention of bronchospasm associated with reversible obstructive airway diseases like asthma and COPD, chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to preparation. Not recommended for children less than 4 years of age.

Dosage & Administration: Available as dry powder for inhalation. Rotacaps should be used by Rotahaler/ Revolizer device. Not for swallow.

Special Precautions:

• Cautious use in case of cardiovascular disorders.
• Cautious use in case of lactation & pregnancy.
• Caution use in patients with narrow-angle glaucoma and prostatic hypertrophy.
• Cautious use in case of concomitant beta blockers, diuretics, digoxin, tricyclic antidepressant and anticholinergic agents because of drug interactions.
